Brevo

Brevo is a coffee shop app that enables users to browse products, place orders, locate coffee shops, and more.

This was a fun project where I served as a product designer, focusing on creating a seamless experience.

The Project

Brevo specializes in coffee. Users can select different types of coffee from the menu and order them. The coffees were highly customizable, and nutritional information was displayed on each product.

Make an Order

Brevo allowed users to order from anywhere. First, they selected the product they wanted to order and where they wanted to pick it up.

Users were able to sign up or continue as guests. Signing up allowed you to pay directly from the app, continuing as guests will only ask users for their name to identify their order.

Users were also able to order in-store from the app to avoid queues. The process was simple: users needed to scan the store's QR code and select their desired products.

Subscription Model

Brevo counted with a subscription model. It allowed users to receive two bags of coffee each month and have them delivered to their homes.

Users were able to swap the type of coffee they wanted to receive each month.

Final Thoughts

Brevo was an enjoyable personal project that delved into the challenge of presenting a large amount of information in a structured manner. It also involved devising the optimal method for facilitating a customer checkout process in various scenarios, such as at home, through the app, in-store, or from any location.
